Counselling with Jenny Page
A safe space to begin again — supporting self-exploration, healing and emotional wellbeing.
If something feels difficult right now
You might be here because you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed or stuck in patterns you
don’t fully understand. Perhaps past experiences are still affecting you or relationships feel hard
to navigate. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a sense that you want things to
feel different.
Counselling and therapy offer you a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you, at
your own pace.
I believe you already hold the answers within. My role is to work alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences, gently understand unhelpful patterns and move towards a way of living that feels more balanced and authentic. I offer a warm inclusive space where you’ll be welcomed, whatever your age, gender, ability, sexuality, race or beliefs.
My credentials
I graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh in 2023. I have been in practice since 2020.

I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. BACP have a rigorous ethical and practice framework, and as a registered member I am duty-bound to ensure I carry out these requirements in my work. As counselling is not a regulated industry in the UK, BACP registration ensures that you are receiving the most robust, effective, and ethical counselling service possible.

I also have significant experience working in pastoral roles in Higher Education, and continue to enjoy working with students. I have worked with people from all walks of life, with a wide array of presenting issues.
